The accommodation was very good, I was surprised very positively. The caretaker/owner also visited to fix the shower in no time after we reported it was not working. Excellent location, peaceful, very clean and included all the needed.

Very clean, comfy beds, great location near to the cathedral and city centre. Great TV with on demand terrestrial channels. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, washing machine with an unexpected bonus of a dish washer!

The studio has been very well designed and decorated. It had everything we wanted and more. It is a short walk to the Cathedral Close and the sights, as well being an easy walk to Exeter Central Station. We did not cook, but there seemed to be plenty of kitchen equipment. We would have liked wine glasses, but there are ordinary water glasses, that did the job. It is just off a busy road, but not noisy. I didn't need my ear plugs, but if you need a dark room to sleep (I do) bring an eye mask (I always do just in case). We did two Red Coat tours that were very interesting and enjoyable - thank you John and Susie. The Cathedral is well worth the admission donation. There is plenty to see and great places to eat and drink. We enjoyed Al-Farid very much. Good service and delicious food. We also visited Vino an Italian restaurant where I had the most delicious risotto.
