Very friendly staff and LOVED the Hotel Bar and Beer Garden – it was the perfect place to relax after a day out in Exeter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome straight away. The only downside was that we couldn’t open the windows in our room and it felt a little dusty. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay again.
