We had a very clean room and were able to use the pool and sauna for free with our family room booking Karen at the gym and fitness was really polite and even offered my daughter and I to use a ladies only pool.y daughter was also gifted a swimming certificate after the use of the pool which was a really nice surprise. I also used the steam room and jacuzzi and enjoyed this in the morning just before we checked out. The free parking and location was ideal for our onwards trip to Aber Falls, Wales. Easy to find, plenty of parking space. Friendly and helpful staff at reception who accommodated us when we arrived for early check-in. Sufficient facilities in the room, quite spacious and nice comfortable bathroom.

The hotel was excellently located for a one night stay for a wedding we were attending nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also was excellent with lots of choice.
