Really liked the place overall, and would definitely recommend and come back. There are just some nitpicks that would made my stay an overall 10/10. I understand the rationale behind the interior swimming pool booking hours, but that really takes away a bit of the freedom of sightseeing the city and just go to the pool on return; additionally, despite not making a huge difference, bathroom door didn’t fully close and the sink faucet is far from the centre and therefore inconvenient. The gym facilities could also be upgraded and improved.

Everything was wonderful, the staff , cleaning staff and joana at reception were very helpful . They all went out of their way to help. Definitely will stay at this chain whenever back. Very satisfied
