Hotel Overview

The Wood Norton part of the Conde Nast Johansens Collection, is a Victorian Hall originally built in 1897 by exiled French Royalty, the Duc D’Orleans, is now a luxurious hotel steeped in history and charm. Nestled on the edge of the Cotswolds, it offers a unique combination of French decorative interiors and breathtaking British countryside views. Still featuring must of its historic french decorative interiors with wood panelled walls, with a vibrancy & charm of beautiful bold fabrics adorning throughout
The Wood Norton offers 50 bedrooms, including six spectacular feature rooms and suites, traditionally furnished and each has an en suite bathrooms, A Flat Screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities
The Fleur de Lys Restaurant which overlooks the scenic alfresco Terrace and valley views, guests can enjoy dining from the Brasserie Menu using the finest local produce or unwind in The Hall Bar & Lounges, and indulge in a classic Afternoon Tea
In partnership with our next-door neighbour, Richmond Villages Wood Norton, we offer hotel guests access to their Wellness Spa — a luxurious spa and wellness experience located just a few steps away. Whether you're staying for a romantic escape, a relaxing break, or simply seeking a little time to reset, this elegant spa offers everything you need to relax, recharge, and restore during your stay at The Wood Norton. Use of the Spa facilities is chargeable. The Hotel is offered limited time slots per day. If you would like to use the Spa a pre-booking is essential to avoid disappointment and is recommended to do at your earliest convenience

This luxury, spacious king room is located in the main hall, with views overlooking the grounds and formal gardens. It features oak-panelled walls, an en suite bathroom with a large shower or a roll-top bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities.
