Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Lovely little cottage. Fireplace was amazing! Games and books, comfy beds and nice deep bath. BBQ and little outdoor area.
