Unfortunately the room we were allocated on arrival had a terrible double bed that sagged in the middle. We could feel the springs. We complained and were moved to a 5th floor unit with a good king bed.The unit was clean but very sterile but had a nice view. Next time I will check with reception to make sure that doesn’t happen again

It's in a great location near the Esplanade and also the shops. The bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was great.

Difficulty connecting by phone at night. Tried x8 times to notify desk I was running late because of traffic accident.. Staff very helpful when finally arrived saying had been problems with phones .

We were on the 6th floor, ocean view. The view was amazing. We could see all the way down to the northern beaches and over to the islands. We saw all the little boats passing by and we had a spectacular group of lorikeets fly over after sunset. HUGE balcony. Laundry in the apartment was fantastic! Make sure you request this room!
