The staff was friendly and cleaning the room on a daily basis was not what we expected nor the changing of towels, making of bed, cleaning dishes. We would have done that ourselves. We braaied and they cleaned the braai area. The bathroom is a delight and we would recommend the facility for everybody that wants to enjoy the mountains.

Sliding doors were not closing properly and heavy when you open and close. Pool place was not meeting the standard sticks and the pool itself needs service or has to be replaced. Also fix the road on your drive that water and mud make our vehicles dirt or you should tell to come with 4x4. But we were happy, and happiness is more than complains from our side maybe December we will be back to SA again.

I absolutely loved the overall tranquility of the property. Hearing the birds in the mornings and seeing the animals just roam around was the best part. The staff is friendly and really helpful too.
