I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the boutique feel of it as well. Room #14 was a very nice size and faced the Basílica. The bed was very comfortable. There were robes in the room, which we unfortunately didn't try on, and a Nespresso machine, which we didn't try out. I got a great cafe latte at breakfast!! I certainly would have loved to stay a few more nights.

Everything was perfect. Location is amazing, hotel is very beautiful. Room was well equipped and clean, view on the river was amazing. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious

The property really did exceed our expectation. From the staff to the rooms itself, everything was amazing. It was a five star experience for us. Many 4 star hotels also don't come close to it. There were 2 bottles of water in each room - one normal and one sparkling. There were bath robes, slippers, toiletries... everything! The rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. The view of the river was breathtaking. And it was great to be so close to the basilica and not so far from the Aqua Island. All in all, I cannot recommend it enough.
