The location was outstanding!! The staff so kind and welcoming. The pool and hot tub superb break from the cold. We loved the little touches of hospitality. We played board games with the family courtesy of the front desk. Free popcorn for the night munchies. Free continental breakfast. At checkout the had a bottle of water for all the guests with a chocolate attached for the ride home. It felt like a lil home away from home for our Murphy family. Yes we did book because of the name. The Murphy’s River lodge know how to make you feel at home. Thanks so much for the memories.

Room was very good with a comfortable bed and well provisioned. Good access to the RMNP north entrance.

Location wise is pretty good, near to the commercial center, which you can easily walk to (10 min). The staff is very friendly. The room size is pretty good and has a small fridge. It has a hot tube, but we didn't use it.
