The privacy was great. Other guests were unfortunately loud and it exacerbated my anxiety levels.Possibly were intoxicated or just not mindful of other guests that were staying there. I had the noise both side of my room. Not the owners fault that these guests were loud. The television in the room had Netflix on it. I did something and the audio I could only access 😖 Didn’t watch much television anyway. Felt tired. My bed was comfy and when I slept I didn’t wake up in pain from the bed. Only if I could get more sleep. I get chronic pain sometimes when I don’t sleep long enough.

Location was great! Love Essendon and will definitely visit this motel again! Didn't have time for breakfast, had to check out and be somewhere quickly!

For a family of 5 our room was excellent. Bed for mum and dad and 3 singles for the kids. Right next to major freeway and couldn’t hear a sound from it, or the main feeder road next to it.
