Personnel (esp. Christian and Ante) were always friendly and helpful. Also nice location, all the restaurants/bars are in walking distance

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the train station and center of Essen. The room was spacious, and although the windows were towards the street, it wasn't noisy (with windows closed).

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I want to specifically highlight the exceptional service provided by Obadah at the reception. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Not only did he make me feel immediately at home, but he also went above and beyond by upgrading my room. So clean, waiters and employees are so kind and helpful, excellent breakfast, nice and bew furniture and decoration both for rooms and common areas

excelent location. even though hotel is close to a high speed road, the room was very quiet. it was also really big, clean and comfortable. the welcome chocolates were very nice gesture. the staff at the reception were very helpful.
