The property is a recently renovated city villa. The renovation is very stylishly done. The room had everything I wanted and more. There was a massive closet (bigger than I have at home), a small kitchen (with a fridge which is almost impossible to get in a European hotel), a nice bathroom, a table and chairs, and a bed. All that in room for one person. The hotel is located in easy walking distance from the railway station and the city center. In addition the room was incredible value for money. So I was very impressed.

All studios are fitted with a private bathroom and a kitchen. The rooms are clean and quite spacies, more tham we expected. We had 2 studios of which the bigger one was modernised (furniture-wise) and the other wasn't. Both were good, though the bathrooms are a bit noisy. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The location is arouns Essen Hbf (10 minute walk) and there's a U-bahn stop nearby (2 minute walk).

Good location, free parking.Parking access was excellent, and the apartment unit was clean.
