The property is beautiful and has lovely facilities. Emma and Gilles were lovely as were the staff at the property. The food in the restaurant was great. It's very child friendly with large grounds and a kids' playground which our 2 year old really enjoyed.

We loved our stay here! We spent 10days over the Christmas period, and really enjoy how peaceful it was staying at Kasba Bonheur. Emma & Gilles are truly incredible hosts, and the whole staff was friendly and always willing to help. If you are into surfing, Gilles can give you lots of tips of where to go to find the best waves 🌊 The food is likely one of the best you can find around Essaouira, so totally recommend eating here. I would recommend hiring a car, as the hotel is slightly out of Essaouira town. We booked one via the hotel, and the whole operation was quite straightforward. Emma arranged it for us! 🌟Less stressful than hiring one at the airport, although you will have less choice on what car you will be given. Overall it was great and if we go back to Essaouira we'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the amazing staff! Sending love, Ilaria, Tom & Arthur

The kasba is tucked away off the main roads so wonderfully quiet and very safe - perfect place just to kick back and relax in the sun. The garden was superb considering the desert conditions - especially the tortoises. The pool was emaculate and just the right temperature. The house and rooms a wonderful mix of French colonial and moroccon designs. Breakfasts pancakes, cereals, eggs and yoghurt were excellent. However it was the wonderful staff that made us feel right at home. Thanks Fatima for the amazing massage and Giles for all your advice.

Quiet location, stunningly furnished, excellent hosts, beautiful pool, beautiful garden, great breakfast, lovely staff. They did their best to cater for my gluten and dairy free needs. Gilles was very helpful when we had a slow puncture on the hire car. Tortoises wandering the gardens. We were able to eat all our meals there if we chose to (notice required). It was a 15 minute car journey to Essaouira. We had beach not too far away and La Mouette et les dromaderie restaurant a short car ride away.
