there was no breakfast available. no bowls or cutlery to use my own cereal etc.

I liked the value for money, decent amenities, cleanliness, and the quiet location. The fridge, TV, and kettle were clean and in good working order. A microwave would be a helpful addition.

I really loved the location of the room and its confortable beds. Everything is totally worth it considering the price you're paying (it's like 300$/night cheaper than the second cheapest place at Esperance). It's close to most of the main beaches of Esperance (West, Blue Heaven and Twilight Beach).

Clean and simple. I loved that there was no carpet. Obviously the location is wonderful. The restaurant and function room were fabulous. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.
