The location is good, easy access to the main road, walking distance to McDonalds. All staff are friendly and helpful. Close to the beach. There are a few parking spaces here, some units actually have designated parking spaces, but there is no sign indicating which unit that parking space belongs to, and I am not sure if the staff has informed other residents. So some people just parked in the space that should belong to my unit. However, street parking is free. There is a Barbecue Area but I have not enough time to use this facility. Anyway, the location is very convenient and the unit is large. It would be better if the wifi can be improved. The overall experience is still good and worth recommending.

Great location, parking close to our room, room very clean and very safe with lots of room. Great shower and nice bathroom. Room had all the equipment needed, though we only used the fridge/freezer.

These units aren't in William st they are a couple of blocks down in Dempster St , which was fine but should be advertised as such,you can use the bbq if you want to but need to go all the way to William st to access it,this is quite ridiculous ,they are a nice unit in a quiet area with a lock up garage for your car the king size bed was great but definitely need to put a ceiling fan in the bedroom everything thing else about the unit was great having a washing machine and good cooking facilities was much appreciated

Stayed for 3 nights while the parents were visiting from the UK. The apartments are very clean, a good size and great facilities. The location is very close to the beach, pubs and shops. The staff are very welcoming and the onsite guard dog keeps everyone safe after the mandatory stroke
