The cottage was perfect, and has all the comforts of home from home with a lovely secluded patio area that enjoys the sunshine all day. Peggy and Rod were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect too, away from the main road but with the main bus route from Riccall about a mile up the road into York and Selby. Great location to drive to local gardens and attractions and not far from Pickering to spend a day on the NYMR! Highly recommend.

The property was lovely. Very comfortable, cosy, clean and had everything needed. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Great location and easily accessible.

It was dark when we arrived but luckily we were met and shown to the accommodation. It was much bigger than I had expected, with a full sized kitchen, decent lounge and good sized bedroom. Was lovely and warm too. Beds I thought were a little soft but we slept really well. Location is off main road so quite quiet but has easy access to Riccall and Selby. Overall excellent comfy value.
