Great location (we came for a concert at the Rockhal, so it was very convenient). Dinner was pretty good (cordon bleu) and reasonably priced (also free water) and the person who served us was very nice. This was our first Luxembourg Youth Hostel experience so we didn't realise we needed to make our own beds etc but we didn't mind this at all, it's a good idea and you are given a packet with clean sheets and a pillowcase at reception. Reasonable shower.

The room was large and bright, and the proximity to the train station (you could see it from the big window) was not a problem and the room was quiet. The whole place was super clean, the train station is next door, as is the bus station, and there are links to a lot of places. The breakfast buffet was really nice too.

This hostel was a pleasant surprise. Given that Lux is usually expensive compared to Germany, this youth hostel offers a fair price especially for single travellers. Next to the train station, very friendly welcome and support by the staff, female 4 bed dorm, very clean and neat, comfy bed, enough storage and hooks for stuff, toilet & shower separate. Did not hear any neighbouring rooms. Nice terraces on first and second floor. Did not try the restaurant, but the prices seemed okay. Would stay here again.
