Stayed here for the marathon and had a seamless experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Our flight was cancelled until the next day, which meant we were going to lose a non-refundable night we couldn’t use, but the hotel very kindly credited us the value to spend on food and beverages instead. That gesture was so appreciated and showed genuine care for their guests. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful surroundings that were even more impressive than the pictures. The cocktails were amazing, and we loved having two pools so you could enjoy both the morning and afternoon sun - such a clever idea. It was also very easy to organise transport to and from the marathon, which made the whole trip stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The pool and the service, food and drinks at the pool were fantastic. A really friendly team! The hotel is clean and a very cool, chilled place. We appreciate the chilled Ibiza vibe and that it wasn’t too big. The rooms are fine, clean, tidy and practical with nice balconies overlooking the pool. It’s an easy walk to Cala Nova or the quieter more kid friendly Cala Martina. Breakfast was good and overall we’d love to visit again. We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than expected and were able to use the pool etc before check in. Same for check out. We checked out and stored our bags there while going to the beach for the day, then back to the pool. They have some changing rooms/shower room for those arriving early/departing late. Highly recommend this hotel

Room was very clean but the sink in the bedroom and the cubicle toilet and shower not to my liking, its not a city hotel.
