Awesome little guesthouse in the heart of Erzurum. The family running the place were lovely. My room on the third floor was spotless and really comfortable. It caught a nice breeze in the arvo and evening, and had a great view of the fort. I was able to park my motorbike in the safe alley outside the hotel, under the watchful eye of shopkeepers and CCTV. Location was perfect. Short stroll to the main sights, good restaurants and supermarkets. There's a big MMM Migros less than 10 minutes walk where you can buy beer. Free 24/7 tea/coffee/water and the WiFi was reliable and covered every floor (30mbps down/10mbps up). Will definitely be staying again when I come back through Erzurum. Thanks Kerim and family!

We stayed at this hotel for one night with friends and had booked three rooms. The host was incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Whatever we needed—like a cup of tea—was kindly provided without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Erzurum. Many thanks to our wonderful host!

Super friendly staff. Value for money, for this price I get a super clean ensuite and breakfast! Not saying it truly has a great location in walking distance to all the sightseeing sites in the town. There is also a taxi rank 2-3 minutes away. If you are a proud backpacker or biker, this is your choice xd The other review here was spot on about K4 bus from/to the coach terminal. If you coming by coach, you could wait for the bus literally outside of coach station (where taxi rank is). Tap to pay bus fee. It will take a tour going to at least 2 universities first. You need to get off before "Gürcü Kapı Ali Ağa Cami". The hotel is 3-minute walk away. I did not take bus to the coach terminal simply because i did not really know the bus timetable. If it is your choice, better to leave extra time for the ride (but then again my coach was late for almost half an hour...)
