Incredibly welcoming hostess. A very clean, comfortable and peaceful room with the added bonus of a small kitchen area. Very easy to find and close but not too close to the main routes. This will now be my go to accommodation when travelling to the area for work and leisure.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation close to Dundee. Clever use of facilities: two hot plates, sink, kettle, toaster and microwave so great for a short stay. Owners are on site and accessible.

Everything. There was a perfect compact kitchenette with everything you would need if you wanted to make food. The shower was amazing. The two pygmy goats that came to visit were an affed bonus.
