My first time in Kochin and found the place/people I will always come back to stay with. We were on a medical trip to Amritha hospital. This apartment was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful with no noise, walkable groceries stores and most importantly walking distance to Amrita hospital. The apartment is modern, very clean, very very comfortable. We cooked here, we washed our cloths here and truly lived like we were at home. The heart of this stay was the Sabna and her husband, from receiving us at check in to taking us to go get our first meal after a long day, to attending to every little thing we needed. Thank you for arranging the sim, for exchanging money and for helping out with our hospital reports. It was lovely meeting your little family, we will keep it touch. Also, it’s close to lulu mall too. Highly recommend this stay to anyone and everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at F3 Homes in Kochi. The place is very nice, modern, and equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were laundry facilities available as well, which was very convenient. The bedroom and bathroom were both modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff managing the property were friendly and helpful, and the owner personally assisted with transfers, which made the whole experience even smoother. Communication throughout the stay was excellent. The apartment was spacious, very well ventilated, and perfect for relaxing.

The property was very clean and all basic facilities are available. Staff are available all the time and ready to help any time. Overall the stay was very good and comfortable.
