The hotel will close its reception desk at 23:00, and the cafeteria will close at 22:00.
Guests checking in after 23:00 are required to collect their key from Kiosko located at the entrance of the propery. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.
Guests arriving after 23:00 are requested to inform the property at least 24 hours prior to their expected arrival time.Parking access is not included in the price and requires a reservation, must be reserved before 23:00 on the day of arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very helpful staff. The receptionist girl from Cuba , spoke perfect English, Spanish and French. Most helpful and also her co worker, a fellow from another country? All staff I incurred were most helpful and chatty. Good secure underground parking for my motorbike. On a busy street and plenty to watch while having a drink. Bar and sit down restaurant closed around 10:30pm, . A bit early for me, but all was good experience

We were on a stopover on the way to Portugal. Hotel prices were 3 times the norm in Bilbao which we found out later was due to a big event happening that evening. This hotel was a suitable, affordable option for us. We took the bus into Bilbao to enjoy the sights. It's good for a 1 night stopover. The staff were very nice to us.

Stayed just one night, but everything was perfect. The room was clean and cozy, staff were super welcoming, and the whole place had a really relaxed, comfortable vibe. smooth check-in/check-out process. Wish I had stayed longer—definitely recommend!
