Very spacious and the owner was very active in responding and solving issues arised. Would recommend it to others and would book again if I come to Erith again. Convenient location too. Only 40mins away from London eye.

The location is excellent, close to train station and bus routes. House is a good size for medium to large groups. There is a little garden at the back which was nice. House was warm with plenty of hot water and easily accessible. There is also a downstairs toilet, which is not mentioned in the description but was a great addition.
