The house is very cosy, we stayed in the upstairs room with the balcony. The views were amazing. The location of the house is perfect, it's in a quiet area where you can walk everywhere and leave your car parked for free. Special thanks to the guy who cleans on weekends - he was friendly and offered his help in case we needed anything. The house is fully equipped. We didn't use the kitchen or the outside area , but it is really appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies available for guests.

Miguel was a very friendly & helpful host for our one night stay in Ericeira. The apartment building is in a residential area & has plenty of parking available which is what we needed as we were driving. It has very nice shared areas - large lounge room & very functional kitchen. As we arrived late afternoon just to meet family for dinner in town, we did not use these areas - but it did look very nice. It was an easy 10min walk down the hill into the old part of town (we got a ride back so can't comment on the walk back up the hill). Our room was comfortable & had all we needed it in for a quick stay. We did hear other house guests arrive home late, but honestly it wasn't an issue.

It’s been a perfect tho short stay in Ericeira and this is the perfect place to stay! The clearness and tidiness of the apartment surprised us and there’s a hot tub just on the ground floor (tho we didn’t use it). Very peaceful neighbourhood and super sea view to watch the sun going down from the balcony. Miguel had warmly welcomed us at the door and showed us the common area and a very nice kitchen! Sorry for missing your morning email to inform the arrival time in advance :p Parking is super convenient just outside the doo. We also chose this place as other accommodations in the city cannot guarantee a a parking space. We drove to a large Continente within 3 mins and the city center within 5mins. Ideal for a long stay too as it feels so much like a home. The water is still too cold for us in June but strongly recommend to also visit south beach which is fun to have breakfast while watching other people surfing!
