The place is quiet and the neighbourhood around very beautiful. A big supermarket and pharmacy are 5min walk from the place and it is also easy to reach by tram

(The prompt mentioned breakfast.) Meals not included, but very good kitchen facilities and located near to a large supermarket. This was a return visit, so I chose to return to a place I knew. A really good base from which to explore the town and be independent. Near to the tram. Good information available on the area. The owners are adding to the already excellent facilities.
