The apartment is located directly on the beach. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is well equipped. There is an underground garage under the building with its own parking space. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, kitchen appliances, coffee maker, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery. The bathroom has shower gel, shampoo. The apartment is very clean, completely comfortably furnished. There is a free beach in front of the house. A large grocery store is 3 minutes walk from the house. The ferry is 6 minutes walk. The central restaurants and boutiques are 7 minutes walk away. The house is in a very quiet and safe location.

This is a charming and spacious apartment, furnished with a personal touch and very well-equipped. There's a big supermarket across the road, and many cafes and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk; the property faces the sea so it is very quiet. I enjoyed having breakfast on the roomy terrace, looking out on the fabulous views over the little bay to the mainland beyond (also lovely to watch the sunset from here). It's very handy for local buses, and in case you don't drive there is even a bus all the way from Athens.
