When it comes to hotels, while nice rooms are a must; good staff are essential. And this hotel had great staff. For a start; our flight landed in Munich after 11pm but there was still someone at the desk for our late check in at gone midnight. The rooms were well laid out and the bed was very big and comfortable. The shower was also a really good size with plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the tea making facilities and fridge for my food. Breakfast had a good variety of food from pretzels to pancakes which I know my partner enjoyed. However as we were in Erding for a bodybuilding competition, I could not eat from the buffet. Instead the staff were amazing helping me with reheating my prepared food (at different times of the day) and also putting up with my poor German when asking for help. In fact we found the staff in general to be really friendly and even gave us restaurant recommendations.
