I think it was the best hotel. without a doubt. The staff Montaha and Hatim were friendly and helpful in every way. I recommend it to those who want to stay at this hotel. I will book here if I return to Erbil with joy and gratitude. Here you get real respect. Thank you for me.

The staff were very polite and kind, although I don't know all their names. However, Montaha and Hatem are two employees whose names I do know, and the rest were also well-mannered. Montaha and a gentleman who was said to be the owner were both very kind—even during their own lunch, they offered me some of their food and even shared part of it with me. They were truly gracious.
