Overall a comfortable stay. Stay at the hotel quite regularly. Smooth check in and check out experience. Rooms are large, mini fridge well stocked and shower / water pressure good. Did not attend breakfast on this occasion and on previous visits, the chef would make a nice omelette.

Received a room upgrade on arrival. Suite very spacious with areas to work or relax. Comfortable bed. Shower excellent. Mini fridge well stocked with snacks and drinks. Breakfast included in the room rate and eaten in the restaurant. Plenty of options. Had an issue with the wifi and was fixed and communicated to me.

Mainly how accommodating and welcoming every single member of staff were towards me every single time. The food is incredible, again every single time and very reasonably priced. The rooms are cleaned daily and to a good standard, they have snuck a lovely little mini bar in there that they refresh daily and it doesn’t cost the earth to use it.
