The Elder was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the hotel owner greeted me at the door and showed me to my room and couldn't have been more hospitable

Great to have parking at the hotel as parking in Epsom is very expensive. Nice big spacious room, friendly staff and the property is located not far from the centre of town, walking distance from the train station.

It was all fine, but there was no reception area so we were not sure we were in the correct place. It didn't feel like a hotel, but the room was nice and the person who greeted us was very helpful.

Location was excellent, as we went to an event at Epsom Racecourse, which was just 8 minutes away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Even brought us an extra heater.
