Lots of space for a family for a couple of nights (compared to a hotel room). Great to have a fully equipped kitchen including oven and washing machine/tumble dryer

We opted for this place as it was a 10 minute drive to Chessington world of adventures We found it to be very clean and tidy. It was a great night's sleep and felt safe. We were happy to find teabags and the instructions are thorough.

The location was great! Walking distance to the station, 30mins on train to central London. Plenty of nice eating places in Epsom itself. Great position to do Chessington (7mins), Thorpe (35 mins, 50mins with traffic) and Legoland (55 mins, 1hr 10 with traffic). Beds were comfortable, shower was hot and good pressure. It was clean and the 3 fans were very appreciated. Staff did reply to messages, if a little impersonal at times (some messages were standard responses) but having said that they did respond to any issues fairly promptly. Shop under the premises was very hand and great selection of foods etc. Friendly staff.
