Absolutely loved our stay at the Manta Epping. Beds so comfy, pillows 10/10. Great kitchen set up and staff super helpful. Coffee downstairs was an added bonus also (and good coffee!!) will be back for sure

I had a pleasant stay at Mantra Epping. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower facilities were also well-maintained and comfortable. The hotel’s location was very convenient, just a few minutes away from the venue we were attending. While most aspects of the stay were positive, I did find that a few staff members came across as a bit unwelcoming—not rude, but perhaps lacking the warmth that can really enhance a guest’s experience. A friendly smile goes a long way. Overall, it was a good hotel, though I’m a little unsure if it offered the best value for the price.

Our room 140 smelt like cigarette smoke upon arrival when we spoke to the lady receptionist she was very rude and advised she knew about it but they were fully booked and couldn’t move us so we had to deal with it Our daughter is a chronic asthmatic which we advised her about and she didn’t seem to care it took my sister to speak to the manger to have our room changed after my daughter had an episode.Grateful for a fresh room but we paid for a studio apartment and got moved to a standard room. Not sure how the pricing is fair.

Room was nice but the glass on the shower didn’t come out very far so water would flow out a little in front of the toilet. Food was standard.
