Big room, very clean, great communication with Pascale. Allowed us a late check out as our train wasn’t till later in the day. She helped organized a transfer for us also. Very comfortable

We had the lovely Green room on the ground floor. The room was very spacious, stylish and clean. Pascale was so helpful. The location was excellent if looking to stay in Epernay.
