It was quiet and scenic; the greenery was beautiful. It was a very calming place with the chirping of birds in the morning and the sound of crickets at night. The food from the restaurant is extremely delicious and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

ViaVia is outstanding in its charm. It is an ideal spot to rest and relax before or after a long flight. All the personnel without exception were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant offers a very wide range of dishes at reasonable prices and the food is very good quality. The abundance of hot water was very much appreciated (if you have travelled a lot in Africa, you will know what I mean). There are plenty of comfortable spots to sit and enjoy the scenery - the hotel overlooks a pond that is full of birdlife as well as other animals. There is very easy access to central Entebbe, and the airport is very close by. The shuttle service is excellent. You can choose different room types - we very much enjoyed the glamping experience in the tents, but if you want your own bathroom, the rooms overlooking the pond are also lovely.
