The staff was friendly and welcoming, ready to help with anything we needed. The interiors are well-kept, creating a comfortable atmosphere, and the location is excellent, close to everything you might need because it's in the city centre. Also the elevator was convenient because of the luggage, and the place was clean. I also loved the complimentary coffee. Overall, a comfortable stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The location and room condition were good. The English instructions on my cell phone were good and I was able to check in quickly after arriving.
