The fine print
A valid credit card will be required on check in for all bookings, including pre-paid bookings and reservations being settled by cash. Guests are required to provide a photo ID and credit card for pre-authorisation at check-in. The credit card, photo ID and booking name must all match. A pre-authorisation of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. For debit cards, the card will be charged the full amount of your stay after 14:00 on the day of arrival. If the card is declined, the hotel will contact the guest to ensure they are arriving and ask for alternative card details. Please note that all advance purchase offers are non-transferable & non-refundable When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guide dogs are welcome at this hotel. Temple Gate Hotel WILL NOT accommodate group bookings whether they are booked individually or in multiple bookings. Very clean, reception staff very welcoming,breakfast staff excellent. Buffet breakfast was faultless. Bar food was very good. Brilliant location.

Staff are great, very pleasant and helpful and efficient. Drinks were nice in the bar and food was lovely.

The location in the town center was fabulous. Beautiful interior and very helpful and welcoming staff at reception. There was a great choice for breakfast and the food was delicious. My bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet.
