Ate dinner in Poets Corner and it was lovely. The room was clean and exactly what I needed. Breakfast was excellent with no difficulty in changing out the brioche to gluten free toast etc. Would be happy to stay again.

I frequently stay at the Old ground and I love it every time I visit. The new lift is much more efficient but I am nostalgic for the slow clanky abience of the old one

Well located and excellently presented. The staff were exceptional throughout, notably so as the hotel was very busy.
