The hotel's proximity to Shannon Airport makes it an excellent option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The leisure facilities were a definite highlight—especially the pool and sauna, which were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of order during our stay, and there was no signage or communication about it, which was a bit disappointing. A simple notice would have helped manage expectations. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. While the food was fine and the service courteous, it would have been a nice touch to offer a small discount to hotel guests. It’s a gesture many hotels provide, and it helps create a more inclusive and appreciated dining experience. Overall, a solid stay with just a couple of areas where small improvements could make a big difference.

The bed was super comfortable and accessing the Pool and Sauna definetely provided relaxation. The Dinner was good, breakfast buffet was okay. Do read the flipside, as all of These Factory came with one
