Amazing place ! Communicating with the owners was very easy before & during my stay and even after check out. Place was super clean & had everything one can need for a short trip. Area was really nice, quiet & safe !

Calm, convenient, there is all what you need as a traveller from overseas. The hosts are very welcoming and reactive to messages even late in the evening

The place was clean (like hella clean). There was an air fryer, fridge, microwave, kettle, all bathrooms needs. The host were amazing. They kept their phone close for my arrival (which I ended up calling them because my Uber dropped me on the wrong side of the house in the middle of the night).

Everything was great, amazing hosts and a really enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is great, Encino is a lovely part of LA and is only 10 miles away from Hollywood BLVD. The bed, bathroom and appliances provided were all very good and I 100% intend to use again in August when I'm back out there.
