Something for everyone family went skiing whilst I read and used gym/pool. Reasonably priced good quality food in the evening (although choice a bit limited). Breakfast excellent staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location and car parking a bonus

Great location, helpful personal, good breakfast. We and especially kids adored spa zone, which was open throughout the day. Great cost and service balance. Easily accessibility to ski bus, La Vella, ski lifts, bars and restaurants in the city within walking distance.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! THANK YOU!!! A big plus was the wellness area included in the stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of options. The room was comfortable, clean overall, and warm, which made the stay relaxing.🙏

Overall, our stay at Hotel Guillem was ok. The location is definitely one of its strongest points, right in the centre of Encamp, in a pleasant area with everything close at hand. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to rest well after long days out. A small but welcome detail was the presence of a bidet in the bathroom, not always a given, and certainly a plus.
