Only the Guests nominated in the booking may stay at the property. Instant eviction without refund will commence in case of a breach.
Cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying fridges, removal of excessive rubbish and pet hair found on carpets or furniture.Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome at the property. Pets deemed to disturb neighboring properties or dig up the yard are not permitted. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and ensuring they are kept off furniture and carpeted areas. Your Pet must be 'flea free'. Maximum 2 pets, 100AUD per pet. Guests with pets particularly need to clean up after their pet and ensure their pet does not go into the carpeted bedrooms or onto furniture.Rubbish, if not sorted into the correct bins, may incur a fine from the City of Albany.Please note that pets, maximum of two are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Additional charges may apply.Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 100AUD per pet, per stay. Fees will be collected at the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was an ideal place to fit all 9 of us. The amenities were more than sufficient. The location was wonderful too. Generally, Fisherman's Rest was able to fulfil the needs of a big family away on holiday. It felt like a home away from home. We will consider returning for our next visit down south in Albany.

The entire stay was beyond what we expected.. The house was exactly what we needed for our little family getaway ❤️ We've experienced great loss this last year and needed something to help heal our broken hearts 💕 Fisherman's Rest filled our cups so full to the brim!! The beds were super comfy The lounge was made for a lazy day of movie watching The kitchen had everything we needed And the best part was the enclosed patio... Hours spent playing uno, rummykub and laughing till tears came out... Thanks for having us xx
