Great location within the village of Emsworth with plenty of choice for food and drink. In close proximity to Goodwood motor racing circuit which was the reason for the stay. Sizeable rooms, comfortable for upto 6 people. Virgin media WiFi was available and Freeview tv. Bathroom had a choice of spacious walk in shower and a bath, though this was without a curtain or screen despite having an additional shower facility. Kitchen was OK with induction hob and oven, kettle and toaster and fridge freezer. It does have a dishwasher but did not use it due to a fault which was known. There was the addition of USB charge points with adapters provided in the sockets. A handy user manual and local information was provided.

The location was perfect as were attending my father’s funeral not too far away. There was plenty of space for me and my grown up children and partners.

Great Location with everything you could need and lots of space. Warm and cosy the the Christmas tree was really lovely.
