Very lovely large room in a good location. Short 10 - 15 min walk via the coastline into the town, and right opposite a good pub ( The Kings Arms) with great food which was a bonus. The room was extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable, and much larger than most other accommodations stayed at. The room is attached to the main house, but no different than if staying in a B&B, and was all very private with private entrance. It is right next to the main road so if a light sleeper would suggest some ear plugs. Would happily stay here again

The property was absolutely beautiful It was peaceful and wonderful decor definitely somebody that knows their style very thoughtful of The state room proprietors to give us so many things that we’re not expected from any usual place. It was a beautiful stay and hope to go back again. Thank you, Arabella and Tom.

Beautifully appointed room, perfect location very close to the water front. Extremely comfortable bed, lovely bathing products supplied and welcome treats and breakfast cereals.
