Regular client under previous ownership, first visit since overhaul. Pleased the general homely atmosphere has stayed, while having a completely new style. Room furnishing and colour pallet were very welcoming and cozy, and restaurant and menus were fabulous! Staff were superb, knowledgeable and friendly.

The location was easily found and convenient for Portsmouth and Chichester. Attractive looking buildings. The staff at check in were helpful and the rooms really nicely decorated with lovely touches and welcome treats! A mini fridge had fresh milk daily for the tea and coffee - super! The Robert’s Radios were great to wake up to if required and coordinated with the decor. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms serviced very well. The staff all were lovely and efficient and helpful. Couldn’t fault them. Outdoor seating plentiful also which was great during the hot weather recently and the food was fabulous including a good choice for breakfast.
