The area around Emerald is out of a fairy book. The location is just 5 minutes' drive into town & coffee - about 30min walk. Breakfast provided comprised of eggs, sliced bread, milk fruit juice left in the bar fridge and some cereal options in the drawer. The cooktop was a portable electric type with 2 hotplates which was very effective. The main bedroom was very spacious and fully equipped with a very comfortable bed and split cycle heater/aircon in the room. When set to "QUIET" it kept the apartment very comfortable on the very cold nights with almost no noise. The location was serene with wonderful views of the gardens & lake. Smart TV was reasonably large and easy to use. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower cubicle & plenty of hot water with good pressure.
