Charhouse, a on-site a la carte restaurant offers a continental buffet and a la carte breakfast Tuesday-Friday. It also offers room service for breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Close to the Emerald airport, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Due to an operation, I requested a ground-floor room, as stairs would be challenging. They gladly confirmed this would be available. I am very grateful. Also, the sports bar/ gaming and the bistro right next door are very handy, rather than waiting around the airport.
