Loved the rural location within a small village. The views were stunning. The cottage was spacious with everything you would need to hand. Some lovely provisions were gifted too; biscuits, snacks & a bottle of wine - thank you! Having a log fire on the chilly evenings was an added bonus - very cosy. Wish we’d had the time to tackle the jigsaw puzzles… perhaps next time.

What a lovely cottage! Right in the countryside so we could walk from the door out on to the moors - or down to the village pub. Beautiful views and nice to be on a farm with donkeys and goats to visit. Our host was very kind and we got a warm welcome with milk, snacks and wine on arrival. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen - including ice cubes in the fridge! The snow was an added bonus and we were well cared for to check that we had enough supplies, with the lane cleared the next morning for us to get away safely.
