The team are warm and accommodating, particularly when alerting about possibility of late arrival if flight into Stansted had been delayed.

IT WAS SPOTLESS - BEAUTIFULLY CLEAN - My room was LOVELY, fluffy white towels, soft bed linen - gorgeous plump pillows - very nice subtle decor and the CLIPPER tea in the room was delicious also. Staff were exceedingly helpful and made me feel welcome at every encounter. Breakfast was HUGE - far too much food for me - but tasty and served piping hot. They also stored my luggage as I arrived mid-morning and dropped off my case so I did not have a walk back to the car park where I had left my car.
