We had a superb stay at Poets House. I genuinely can't find a single negative thing to say about the place. We had a beautiful large room, quiet, comfortable and with an amazing view on Ely Cathedral. Everything we needed was present in the room: slippers, towels, toiletteries, tea and coffee, biscuits... The hotel is at a few minutes walk from the railway station, the Cathedral and the High Street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast in the room, and it was amazing! Dinner was excellent as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful room. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean . Love the huge bath and shower . Room large and king-size bed. Tea coffee crisps biscuits. Towelling robes and slippers. Small bottles of shampoos etc. Plenty of good quality towels. Close to shops and catheral. Breakfast was superb perfect. Staff friendly.
